Educator's Review: Meiosis Battle Pong is a game of Pong that is periodically interrupted by multiple choice questions about Meiosis. In addition to hitting the ball back to your opponent, you can also fire on your opponent to make him miss the ball and lose a life. Players take turns answering questions to earn comets that they can fire at their opponent. The game has 3 speeds (Slow, Medium, Fast) so players of all skill levels can enjoy it.
Please Note: While it is slightly jarring to stop gameplay to answer questions, correct answers are rewarded with more ammunition for the game, so it feels like a worthwhile break. This game serves as a review or test of knowledge, but does not teach the information, so the player has to come to the game already knowing about the stages of Meiosis.
