Game Categories: Attention and focusing, CCSS.Math.Content.3.NBT.A.2, Common Core Grade 3, Executive Functioning, Grade 3-5, Math, Puzzles

Specific Skills Addressed: Addition, Cognitive Flexibility, Number & Operations in Base Ten, Sustained Attention

Educator's Review: This game challenges players to think of different ways to add up to the target answer, since not all of the numbers will be available once they've been used. Players will really have to think of alternate solutions once they've removed most of the numbers from the board.

Please Note: Lines of numbers are added periodically to the board, pushing the numbers closer to the top, which adds tension to the game. Players who do not like playing against a time constraint may not appreciate this aspect of the game.
